  • Our services are wide ranging and we provide individual care and support interventions on a one to one basis, which are tailored for the service user.  
  • Trustmark Care provide care and support for people who cannot fully look after themselves, therefore we have sound principles for the way we run our services.

Lucy Barnes - Nominated Individual 


As the Nominated Individual I lead on supervising the management team, ensuring that our service delivers high quality person centred care. Bringing seven years experience in the NHS I have worked with individuals with mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism and learning disabilities. I've worked in a variety of settings including inpatient care, community and forensic health settings. I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Early Intervention in Psychosis, providing me with a robust academic foundation to complement my practical experience. My professional approach is defined by compassion, empathy, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. I am committed to continuous learning and evidence-based practice, and my core values include integrity, respect, curiosity, commitment, and a sense of fun.

Darren Bradshaw - Registered Care Manager 


I have worked in the care industry for over 12 years and gained my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care in 2018.  Over the course of my career, I have worked in various roles from Carer, Senior Care, Team Leader, Coordinator, Head of Care, Deputy Manager, and now an established CQC Registered Manager.  My experience has been with predominately elderly and dementia clients in Domiciliary Care with different variants of needs and complexities. I am an outgoing confident and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenge I am very professional and take my role at work very seriously this enables me to maintain a safe and friendly environment to all. I am punctual and reliable and feel I can work under pressure quite well. I like to set myself aims for the future and work hard to achieve them. I like to aim for high performance and set high standards in conjunction with care standards I am confident in working with all aspects of day to day running of a Domiciliary Care Service and the issues which may arise.  I have experience dealing with problems solving and crisis management and working closely with staff teams and implementing processes in line with company policy and fundamental standards and CQC KLOE. I have experience working in line with policies such as safeguarding, DOLS, and MCA. Dealing with staff issues while maintaining confidentiality, while ensuring good team ethics and dynamics, respect, and dignity. I am a firm believer in the whistle blowing policy and valuing people and actively promoting staff members to be open, honest, and transparent with me as am for them.  I encourage staff members to progress within their chosen careers through Professional Development and will actively support them as I have been supported over the last 12 years or more to get to where I am today. 

Tammy Young - Care Supervisor


I have worked in the care industry for 27 years. I started out caring in a residential home caring for people with dementia and other mental illnesses. I have been a carer, carer in charge of shift, senior carer and field care supervisor in charge of a domiciliary care company. I got my NVQ level 3 with apprenticeship then went on to do my lead to succeed qualification in managing in the care industry.


I have been a mother and now a grandmother throughout my career and enjoyed every minute of it. I have met many interesting people and seen some amazing changes over the years and hope my experience can help carers to thrive and grow.


I have always done my best to care for people on an individual basis and love to get to know who I’m caring for. I am honest reliable and professional. I always see the bright side and bring a smile.  My motto has always been: "Never ask anyone to do what you won’t do yourself"
