Following your assessment, our manager will carefully select a team of carers to best support your needs and personalities. If for any reason you are not happy or comfortable with the carer, we will do our best to replace the carer as soon as we are safely able to do so.

Yes, we can provide temporary care services whilst you are away on holiday or need to take a break or do something, just ensure we have plently of notice to be able to faciliate this.
Most of our service users are over the age of 60, elderly and infirm. Trustmark Care also offer care services to people from the age of 18 years upwards, who have illness or injury, including people with mental health problems and learning difficulties.
